I understand that Black Sheep Cookie Co. makes every effort to accommodate customer requests, but because products are made to order and require several days to complete, there will be no guarantee of order changes or cancellation requests. I understand that when booking a Custom Cookie Order my spot is reserved and, therefore, may potentially result in other client requests for said date to be turned away due to my confirmed order.
